Job Description

This position is all about rolling up sleeves, knocking down roadblocks, communicating when no one else will, and keeping morale high. It’s up to the Producer to ensure that stuff gets done, and making sure a game gets made. While not truly a game designer, the Producer must weave the wishes of the client or upper management into the final design. In short, the Producer is ultimately responsible for delivering the product on time and on budget while meeting established quality standards and goals.

  • Overseeing game projects, including design and delegation of development tasks
  • Ensuring timely delivery of deliverables (such as milestones)
  • Identifying, Gathering, and Tracking requirements and features throughout the project lifecycle
  • Acting as a liaison between the development staff and the upper stakeholders (clients and executive staff)
  • Developing and maintaining schedules and budgets (or working closely with Controller and Development Director)

  Courseware Developer - Orlando, FL

Job Description

The Courseware Developer is responsible for planning, developing, integrating, and maintaining web-based courseware and distributed training solutions. The Courseware Developer edits and compiles necessary storyboards and media for each course module, ensures that the products are 508 compliant, and publishes the end products to SCORM packages on an LMS. The Courseware Developer works directly with the Task Lead, Developers, and the Project Manager. The Courseware Developer is supervised by the Art Director and/or Development Director.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Development of Conceptual Storyboards, Concepts, Wireframes, Layouts, Diagrams, and Mock-Ups
  • Development of Interactive Courseware (IMI), including developing frameworks and content
  • Contribute to authoring and developing graphics for Design Documents, User Guides, and other documentation related to games and software-based training
  • Multi-Media and Video Production, ranging from capturing content to editing, compositing, and encoding

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic scripting and minor coding utilizing JavaScript, ActionScript, PHP, or other associated languages

Job Description

ECS is currently seeking a Software Engineer to assist the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) to provide online language courses.  Computer Programmer is expected to create and modify computer programs by converting project requirements into code.  This position requires a highly motivated individual with initiative.

This is a full-time positions. Relocation expenses will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client

  • Support development of an immersive, interactive, 3D Virtual Team Trainer by working with artists, game programmers, and subject matter experts to generate digital graphics and animations for use in CryENGINE
  • Perform digital photography and editing, digital video filming, editing and compression, prepare 3D models, 2D/3D graphics, and 2D/3D animations. This includes 3D Avatar creation and animation.
  • Assist with the 3D model reference data collection, which may include long-distance travel to U.S. locations or facilities
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and methods to implement the Virtual Team Trainer features in CryENGINE
