Description

  • Coordinates activities through the corporate Program Manager and the customer/government Program Manager
  • Overall responsibility for the testing and successful implementation of testing programs and projects, and to ensure the highest level of quality
  • Manage all aspects of the testing effort, including planning, scheduling, identifying necessary tooling, identifying team members, and managing the project life cycle
  • Oversees and conducts analysis of functional requirements, change proposals, and current software and IT environment
  • Directs, develops, and implements appropriate testing procedures for programs, systems, and software to ensure they satisfy and protect requirements
  • Directs and delivers all required testing documentation to the government Project Manager (PM) in accordance with the schedules for assigned systems/services/products.
  • Organizes test activities and monitors execution of test activities. Communicates to the test team (i.e., personnel performing user acceptance testing) any changes needed to the test deliverables, and establishes test completion criteria and expectations
  • Creates test plans, communicates schedules and timelines, and coordinates necessary test environments and hardware
  • Compiles, analyzes, and evaluatesdata gathered during test activities
  • Provides objective input for evaluation reports, detailing findings encountered during test activities, for providing fielding recommendations to decision-makers
  • Ensures that all reports are delivered in accordance with corresponding schedules

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in computer simulation testing, management oversight, and quality control mechanisms
  • US Government contract experience, with DOD experience preferred
  • Experience with, and understanding of, Agile methodology
  • Experience with, and understanding of, defense systems modeling and simulation, and related gaming
  • Experience with, and understanding of, how to comply with CMMI
  • Experience testing on desktop and mobile devices with Mac/Windows/iOS/Android platforms
  • Experience with, and understanding of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, and other standard software programs
  • US Citizen, and must be able to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance, or higher, if required
