• Support development of an immersive, interactive, 3D Virtual Team Trainer by working with artists, game programmers, and subject matter experts to generate digital graphics and animations for use in CryENGINE and Unity 3D
  • Create the 3D models as directed by the client and ensure graphics utilized fully satisfy fidelity and requirements specified
  • Assist government personnel and team members on 3D modeling best practices to continually improve the Virtual Team Trainer and established asset development pipeline
  • Support Quality Assurance during product testing and respond to and resolve asset-related issues or defects identified
  • Attend regular meetings with development team and government personnel to review the status of work in progress, discuss new tasks, and to establish targets for completion of specific items
  • Perform other duties as related to development and support of the Virtual Team Trainer


  • Software: Proficient in Autodesk 3dsmax or Maya
  • Software: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • 3D Skills: Experienced in Hard Surface Real-time Modeling, Low to Mid poly modeling, UVW Unwrapping, Light Mapping, Basic understanding of Multi-sub texturing and Animation
  • 2D Skills: Experienced in Photorealistic Texturing, Physical Based Materials,Texture Maps and Photo Manipulation
  • PC Skills: Experienced in Windows 7 operating system
  • Software: Experience with CryENGINELumberyard
  • Software: Experience with Unity3D
  • Software: Experience with Substance Designer or Painter
  • Scripting: Basic experience using C#, LUA or Java Script.
  • Game Engine Skills: Realistic Level Design, Real-time Lighting, Character Editing & Animation, Layer/File Structure, Procedural Textures/Materials, Shader Functionality
  • Experience with VR and Augmented Reality such as HTC Vive and Oculus Rift preferred
  • Team experience with configuration management or versioning software TFS/TFVC
  • Personal, Professional, or Military Experience with Naval/Maritime environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing best, recent, or most relevant work
  • 2+ years of production experience preferably in the game or simulation industry.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an ACTIVE U.S. DOE “L” or U.S. DOD “Secret” level Security Clearance
  • Must be located in or be willing to immediately relocate to Pittsburgh/West Mifflin Borough, PA
  • Minimum Associates Degree in a related discipline
  • An art test will be provided  before/during interview process, with satisfactory completion of test required for consideration or eligibility
