Customizing Training Programs for Aviation Teams

Our dedicated team of Project Managers (PMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office – Aviation (PEO Aviation) in its Project Manager Cargo (PM Cargo) office by delivering modernization and upgrades in the areas of instructional systems design, courseware and computer-aided instruction. These customized maintenance training and modernization programs integrated with innovative technology solutions help prepare our Army’s Aviation teams for the challenges they face globally on a day-to-day basis.

The PM Cargo project, CH-47F Block II Cargo Helicopter Training, includes providing training analysis and modernized training solutions for the institution and field as the CH-47F Chinook goes through a major block change. The contract was recently extended to include additional enhancements, including the development of an updated desktop cockpit, interactive maintenance training programs, additional training scenarios, and significant structural, software, and systems updates. The ECS team will deliver customized training solutions to help educate soldiers on the differences between the Block I  Configured Chinook, which features enhanced engines and improved avionics, and the Chinook Block II CH-47F upgrade, which provides greater lift capacity and strengthened features.

This type of innovative training enhances the learning experience for today’s aviators, maintainers and ensures that the Warfighters and aircraft continue to perform at maximum efficiency.
