August 14, 2019 – (Orlando, FL) – Mick Golson, Chief Operations Officer of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), announced that the organization has won additional task orders on the Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC) multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Awarded by the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando (ACC-ORL-OPD) on behalf of Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI), this five-year, $2.4 billion contract provides for education, training and knowledge-based services in support of the U.S. Army and its Security Cooperation mission.

Detainee Operations Training Support Services will provide the 5th Army Brigade Task Force with high-quality, effective detainee operations training and exercises, to train and to certify mobilizing Reserve Component units in support of Operations Freedom Sentinel (OFS) and Operations Resolute Support (ORS at Fort Bliss, TX. ECS will deliver critical training points to offer invaluable experience to soldiers and military leaders by teaching them the most current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) involving detainee operations. In addition, this type of instruction will strengthen the Warfighter skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and support United States foreign relations and national security objectives.

ECS will deliver Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (DSCA) Training Support Services by providing instructors to assist military and government service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training; classroom training events; and individual and collective training support programs at Fort Sam Houston, TX. This training is designed to prepare key leaders, individuals and units, and staff/headquarters elements to perform their missions, as well as successfully plan, coordinate, and execute DSCA operations according to established principles.

  • Senior Instructor Operator for Gunnery and Knowledge Wall Maintenance, which provides support for the M1A2 Abrams Advanced Gunnery Training System and the M2A3 Bradley Conduct of Fire Trainer to support gunnery trainers and training exercises in Korea and also delivers scheduled maintenance support for the Knowledge-Wall, and provides maintenance for Infra-red Translation and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Equipment.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) – Instructor Operators, which provides Aviation Simulation Instructor/Operators to support Flight Simulator Instructor/Operator Training on the AH-64 Apache Longbow Crew Trainer and the CH-47F Chinook Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulators outside the continental United States (OCONUS) in Indonesia, South Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
