November 4, 2019 – (Orlando, FL) – Waymon Armstrong, CEO & President of Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS), announced that Richard Madrid has been promoted to Vice President of Global Services. Madrid had a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force and uses these skills to maintain relationships with key military, government and industry partners. In his new position, Madrid will lead the Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC) team as they deliver training services and technology solutions to military and civilians in contingency operations throughout the world.

Madrid joined ECS in 2014 after a distinguished USAF career. He supported the Air Force Medical Modeling and Simulation Program (AFMMAST) and later Medical Modeling and Simulation Training (MMAST), where he was responsible for all program execution and operations. Promoted to Director of Global Services in 2017, Madrid is adept at leading his team and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
