Foraker to enhance military contract staffing capabilities and strengthen workplace culture
Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) has hired Lesley Foraker as the company’s human resources manager, bringing extensive experience in recruiting and staffing training and support personnel for Department of Defense contracts.
