ECS provides a workforce of knowledgeable professionals in support of training, coaching, staffing, and management to strengthen the skills of our Military Service Members and Frontline Workers. We provide global support in the continental United States (CONUS), as well as outside of the U.S. (OCONUS) in El Salvador, Indonesia, Kuwait, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Our objective is to improve operational individual and team performance while serving medical, aviation, and combat teams by delivering immersive, live, and virtual training experiences and by augmenting the workforce.

Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS)
ECS is proud to be part of the V2X Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) team, providing mission critical readiness capabilities to the U.S. Army. Valued at $3.7 billion over five years, including option periods, this task order further solidifies V2X’s and ECS’ leading role in enabling full spectrum readiness for every soldier and unit across the U.S. Army.
Global Contractor Logistics Support and Training
ECS provides a workforce of simulator technicians, instructor pilots, instructor/operators, simulator maintenance technicians, and other support personnel to provide on-site mission enablement services for the Army’s expansive network of Training Aids Devices Simulations and Simulators (TADSS). These Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services include sustainment operations to ensure TADSS availability for training, including scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance. ECS also handles Logistics Support, Travel, Temporary Duty, and Transportation/Shipping, and coordination across multiple OEMs and support vendors to ensure mission readiness.
