Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) will highlight its growing international aviation training and sustainment capabilities at Booth 833 during I/ITSEC 2025, including ongoing work to operate and maintain flight simulators that keep allied aircrews mission-ready worldwide.
ECS supports multiple Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) under the U.S. Army’s Warfighter–Training & Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) program, providing in-country sustainment, instructor support, logistics coordination, and courseware development for partner nations.
“Our mission is to ensure the warfighter can train anytime and anywhere without waiting on logistics, permissions, or system availability,” said Greg Kane, chief operating officer at ECS. “We built our international sustainment framework to deliver reliable, on-site support that keeps simulators running and training uninterrupted.”
ECS maintains and supports a range of aviation simulation systems, including:
- AH-64E Longbow Crew Trainer
• CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator
• UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer
• CH-47 New Equipment Training courseware
The company’s turnkey model combines:
- In-country instructors and maintenance experts
• Sponsorship and Life Support services to handle local compliance, logistics, and administrative needs
• Courseware development aligned to U.S. aviation standards
• Global reach across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, South Korea, and Indonesia
“Our Sponsorship and Life Support capabilities allow partners to train locally while staying fully aligned with U.S. standards,” said Andrea Rodriguez, international programs and compliance manager. “By handling host-nation compliance and day-to-day operations, we reduce risk for our customers and keep critical programs running efficiently.”
ECS’s work helps extend system life cycles, reduce downtime, minimize reliance on live-flight operations, and limit the need for U.S. personnel deployments overseas. Expansion into additional theaters and next-generation platforms is planned for 2026.
Live demonstrations of the CH-47 New Equipment Training solution will be available at Booth 833 at I/ITSEC.
