April 19, 2018 (Huntsville, AL) — Mick Golson, chief operating officer for ECS, announced the promotion of Beth Kramer to Vice President of Operations for ECS’ Huntsville office. Kramer, who has served as director of operations since the office opened in late 2017, has over 18 years of aviation and technical experience.  She leads a talented team that supports military and government clients with a strong focus on aviation and aerospace, providing products and services, including engineering services, software development, 3D visualization, augmented reality/virtual reality, advanced learning technologies, and subject matter expertise.

Golson said: “Beth seamlessly incorporates her government service background with her project management and instructional design expertise to develop quality products and services that support our aviation clients. She has an excellent reputation in the aerospace and MS&T industries, and I am confident she will continue to grow our Huntsville office.”

Kramer began her career as a technology trainer and developer, and then focused on instructional systems design. This technical expertise, combined with her strong leadership and project management skills, allows her to analyze and understand clients’ needs, and to incorporate those needs into successful training products. She maintains a hands-on approach with a high level of customer service to deliver relevant technology solutions, while also maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

As director, Kramer was key in establishing the Huntsville office and re-introducing ECS to the sectors in the market. She was also instrumental in securing ECS Huntsville’s contracts to develop training for PEO Aviation, PM Cargo and PM Apache.

Kramer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Austin Peay State University, a Master’s Degree in Education from Drexel University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Troy University.

Kramer adds: “ECS has an innovative approach to technology and training that embodies my passion to produce engaging and effective training to advance the way we train our Warfighters.
