Engineering & Computer Simulations (ECS) announced that Candace Croughwell, capture and proposal manager, has been named a 2025 NTSA Top Under 40 Awardee.

The NTSA Top Under 40 Award honors professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate excellence through leadership, innovation, and a commitment to the advancement of the modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) industry.

“Candace exemplifies the talent and dedication that drive our mission at ECS,” said Mick Golson, president of ECS. “Her leadership and commitment to excellence have made a meaningful impact on our team and our work. We’re thrilled to see her honored by NTSA and proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition.”

Honorees are not only recognized for their professional achievements but also for their dedication to community through volunteerism, mentorship, and thought leadership. Croughwell will be formally recognized at I/ITSEC 2025, where NTSA will celebrate this year’s cohort of innovative professionals making a lasting impact in MS&T.
