Engineering & Computer Simulations Enhances Veterans Affairs Virtual Medical Center as part of VA’s Whole Health Campaign
ECS will be partnering with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as part of the Joint Innovation Fund (JIF) Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Grant to expand the capabilities of the VA Virtual Medical Center (VMC) for its Whole Health campaign.

Co-authored by Richard Madrid, ECS Vice President of Global Services and Joanne Barnieu, ECS Director of Instructional Science, the paper outlines a multi-year research effort on the use of haptics within virtual reality (VR) environments.
